Last Call Window A/C Installation

LAST CALL FOR WINDOW AIR CONDITIONER INSTALLATION 2022
Window style Air Conditioner installation is done at tenant cost of $45.00 install/$17.00 removal, plus materials.
Due to liability risk, tenants are not permitted to install their own window air conditioners. This provision is included in your Lease.
You may Submit a signed A/C Install request (in the document holder-Lobby Bulletin Board – through the office mail slot by 3:00 pm on JULY 8 2022. The Superintendent will contact you for Notice of Entry.
If you have COVID or symptoms, risk, staff may elect to set an alternate date.
Please place the air conditioner in front of the window where it is being installed (with last year’s materials) or leave a note on your unit door stating where you want the unit installed, and where the a/c is in your unit.
If remaining in unit during installation stay distanced from staff or wear a properly fitted face mask.
Dogs to be crated or kept in a separate room with the door closed securely or out of the unit.
