Plumbing contractors (Uniflo) will be on site to flush and clean our pipes (kitchen waste stacks) for the full building.  The scheduled dates for service are:

Monday June 6th,  Tuesday June 7th, Wednesday June 8th, Thursday June 9th, and Friday June 10th, 2022(if needed).

From 8:00 am to 5:00 pm daily.

During the time periods noted above, there may be periods of temporary water shut off.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  However, this cleaning is required to remove blockages in our kitchen waste stacks and the main connection to the city sewer.

Each year we clean the low end stacks from the 4th floor to the garage level. Every five years we clean the full building from 10th floor to garage level.  This year is the full building cleaning.

Some tenants have been notified to remove their cars in the parking garage during this time period to allow access to the pipes.  Tenants on the 2nd and 10th floors have been notified of required access to their units during this time period to allow access to the kitchen pipes.
