We have been successful in obtaining a Greensaver grant through the IESO  (Independent Electricity System Operator)  for FREE replacement of equipment that may be outdated depending on the energy  consumption rating:

• Fridges
• Tenant owned Freezers
• Tenant owned window style air conditioners
• Tenant owned Power bars
• Tenant owned Light bulbs (such as in lamps)
• Tenant owned dehumidifiers

The technicians will be on site June 20 -21 – 22 to visit the units to  assess the equipment to be replaced.

Please see your notice on your unit door for your date.

Tenants will be asked to sign for consent to have them assess tenant owned  equipment for FREE REPLACEMENT

If you are eligible for a new window style air conditioner, our staff  superintendents will install it without duplication of the original charge for  installation last month.

Please welcome the technicians into your units and make these items accessible for them to assess.

If they are assessing your tenant owned equipment for replacement, they will ask  you to sign a consent.
