Please remember to have clearance of at least 2 feet in front of furnace fan coil unit, and we may require access to change the filter, ensure top of toilet tank accessible, remove items from top of fridge (fridges with exposed coils), Electrical panels in storage room to be kept accessible, Balconies are to be kept clear of combustible items, Space heaters, fireplaces, dishwashers are not permitted in units.

Ensure all dogs crated, and household members be masked and either out of unit or in different room to reduce risk of covid. Advise in advance of pests in the unit, and if anyone has covid or is self isolating due to covid exposure.
